Ask the right questions

Today I had, we’ll call him Ted. Ted was upset because his online order wasn’t ready for pick up and he was now upset because he couldn’t figure out where to pick it up at and the order was now a week late.

I call the store, and yes they do have the order. I tell Ted that and he calls me a liar. After a little bit things are figured out:

Now here is what happened, Ted didn’t ask the right questions at the store. He asked “Where is the photo lab?” and the employees replied “We don’t have one.” Ted them proceeded to get angry and then left the store. Now if he asked the correct question of “Where/How do I pick up my order.” the employees would have said “Well right at the customer service desk, sir.”

“If you ask the right questions, you’ll get the answer you seek.”

How fortune-cookie-ish.
